Boğaziçi University is among the top 200 universities in the world
Best Global Universities Rankings 2020 by US News & World Report were announced and Boğaziçi University that had been ranked 234th according to the last year results as the leader among the other Turkish universities on the list, climbed to the 186th place this year and entered into the league of 200 Best Global Universities as the only university from Turkey.
This year 46 Turkish universities were covered in the US World & News Report which analyses the academic research performances, global and regional reputation of the relevant universities and institutions around the world for nearly 30 years. There were 27 Turkish universities on the list last year.
In terms of Regional Rank; Boğaziçi University’s rank among 590 Asian universities including universities from China and South Korea, rises from 29th to 21st this year.
In terms of Subject Rankings; Boğaziçi University is 60th in Physics among 750 universities and institutions at the global scale this year. In 2019, Boğaziçi University was 66th Best Global University in Physics.
