Boğaziçi University has continued its steady rise in Engineering & Technology, climbing from 293rd place in 2023 to 257th in 2025, and reaching 236th in 2026. The University’s overall score in this field was recorded as 67.7.

The University stands out particularly in research impact: its “Citations per Paper” score is 74.3, while “Employer Reputation” stands at 72.6 and “Academic Reputation” at 68.8. Among sub-disciplines within Engineering & Technology, Boğaziçi University is ranked in the 101–200 band in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, and in the 201–275 band in Civil & Structural Engineering.
