President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced the recipients of the “2024 Presidential Grand Awards for Culture and Arts” during the October 29th Special Program held at the Presidential Complex Exhibition Hall.

The awards, presented in the fields of Scientific Culture, Literature, Music, Cinema, Theater, Librarianship, Crafts, and under the category of Loyalty, were granted to nine individuals, including the late director Halit Refiğ, who passed away in 2009.
